Trying to decide on a new color scheme for the exterior of a home can be a daunting task for many. To make this easier, the board of directors has assembled a color guidebook that contains nineteen different exterior paint color options that are approved for our neighborhood. The pre-selected color schemes will ensure we maintain consistency and visual quality throughout the neighborhood. A copy of the book is available for viewing at Mark Management’s office located at 2755 Border Lake Dr., Suite 101 in Apopka. Each color combination has been numbered with a WTXX number and should be referenced on the Architectural Review Form (ARF) when submitted. Any colors desired not listed in the book will require a sample of the color to also be submitted with the ARF. Prior approval is required for all changes to exterior of your home before work can begin, including colors selected from this book. The HOA will maintain a record of colors for all homes, which will aid current and future homeowners when repainting is needed. This tracking and approval requirement will also ensure that two adjacent homes are not painted the same color.

All color names and numbers in the color book are from Sherwin Williams. If you prefer to purchase your paint from another manufacturer, you can pick up the sample color cards from Sherwin Williams at 3051 E. Semoran Blvd. Apopka so the other paint manufacturer can “color match” the approved color. If you do choose to purchase your paint from Sherwin Williams, mention that you are a Wekiva Terrace resident to receive a discount. As a reminder, architectural review forms are available on our website at www.wekivaterrace.com or you may pick up a copy at Mark Management’s office. Our management company has set up this service to make paying our dues easier. Just follow these simple instructions...

Go to:

Select from the top right Online Payments
Option 1 Credit Card transaction, (incurs a cost of $9.00 for this type of transaction).
Option 2 E-Check is free. Have your check book ready for routing/acct # info (example on their page will show how).
Option 3 Allows for Recurring Payments.

"Wekiva Club" (without the quotations) and press enter.

There will be an option to select Wekiva Club 2 Homeowners Association, Inc. Please select it.
From your HOA dues bill, the homeowner account number must be entered, example WKCXXXX.
Continue entering all homeowner details, address, etc.
Enter amount due, see bill or contact Mark Management if not sure. 407-862-2292, opt 4, opt 2, Wekiva Terrace.
You'll now need your check book, the example there shows where to retrieve info from your check to complete the transaction as well as allow you to select checking or savings.
Once completed a confirmation is provided.

Note - As with any transacton, always confirm your bank statement, access on-line and/or follow up with Mark Mgmt to ensure your payment was received and confirm your current balance should you have any questions.
